2010 RATES
Weekend Visit? from $190 per night, (Fri-Sun)
Mid-week Escape? from $150 p/night, (Mon-Thurs). $160 per night during school holidays.
Minimum 2 night stay except during school holidays or special events where minimum stay is 3-5 nights.
Please note: Accommodation bookings of less than three nights can only be reserved a maximum of eight weeks in advance.
Low Season 2010 from $800 per week.
Mid Season Rates - NSW/QLD School holidays from $850 per week
Summer 2010 School Holidays - $900 per week
Christmas and New Year Peak 2010/11 - $1300 per week or $230 per night (min. 3 night booking).
All rates are for 1-2 people. Additional people charged at $15 per person per night.
Conditions
BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL.
All rates are subject to change and whilst every care is taken, tenants rent at their own risk.
Minimum booking is 2 nights (3-5 nights during peak periods). Maximum booking is 31 days.
If the property is damaged, excess fees will apply.
50% of full accommodation costs must be made to confirm your booking or the reservation cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to cancellation.
You can arrange a direct credit into Grandview Cottage’s account. Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques unless by prior arrangement.
No pets. Unfortunately the cottage is unsuitable for very small children.
Additional Charges
• Linen (sheets and towels)
Linen is available by prior arrangement only. Please add $50 per booking for 1-2 people, $60 for 3-4 people, $70 for 5-6 people.
• Cleaning Charges
We endeavour to keep the rates at Grandview Cottage as low as possible. We expect guests to treat Grandview Cottage as their home away from home so please keep the property clean and tidy.
• Additional People
All rates quoted are for 1-2 people. An additional $15 per person per night applies.
Rates do not include daily servicing, food supplies or weekly cleaning. Should the property require excessive cleaning following your departure you will be asked to pay additional charges.
We reserve the right to charge a bond, which will be returned in full, providing their is no damage or excess cleaning required.
30% refund of your deposit if the cancellation is made at least 4 weeks before the date of your arrival, no refunds of your deposit after this date unless the property is re-let.
Full payment must be made prior 2 weeks prior to arrival. If you cancel within 2 weeks of arrival no refunds will be provided.
