Travel along the Pacific Highway until you reach the Tweed Valley Way Exit past Chinderah (approx 1 hr 30 min drive depending on traffic). You will pass a large BP service station and a sign for Tropical Fruit World just before the exit. Once you have turned onto Tweed Valley Way continue for approximately 10 klm. The Tweed River will appear on your right. Follow this road until you reach a roundabout, keep right. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Alma Street (which becomes Woolumbin Street as you cross the bridge). This will take you into town. Turn right at the roundabout. Drive along Commercial Road and turn right into Tumbulgum Road. Turn left into Reynolds Street. Turn right at the second street, into Charles Street (not Charles Lane). Turn left at the end of Charles Street into George Street.
From Byron Bay
Leaving Byron Bay turn onto the Pacific Highway heading North. Continue along the Pacific Highway until you see the exit for Tweed Valley Way near Crabbes Creek. Follow Tweed Valley Way for approximately 20 klm until you enter Murwillumbah. At the roundabout take the first exit into Alma Street. Cross the main bridge, turn right at the roundabout. Drive along Commercial Road and turn right into Tumbulgum Road. Turn left into Reynolds Street. Turn Right at the second street, into Charles Street (not Charles Lane). Turn left at the end of Charles Street into George Street.
